Idk what the issue is

So ive been not doing to bad better than my last grow but the thing is i have been constnatly getting yellowing on the top of my planta no matter ehat. Even adding 1 ml or 2 ml cal mag per gallon of water seem ineffective.
Ph 6.5
Just so frustrated with this synthetics always seem so picky like the wrong nutrient 1 tike messes everything up

If you can take a few pictures of the entire plant that would help. In order to assist I need you to answer Every question below

1.) is this just a single plant?
2.) How old is the plant exactly?
3.) what size pot is this in?
4.) How much water do you use when you feed/water?
5.) what type medium is it (soil or coco)?
6.) what was the last 2 feeds runoff numbers both pH and PPM
7.) have you done a maintenance flush on this plant yet?
8.) are you phing the feed/water after mixing the nutrients if so to what PH?
9.) how long have you been feeding nutrients to this plant?
10.) what type of pH and PPM meter are you using? Can you take a picture of it
