Are they autos or photos? If they are autos, it could have been stress that turned her. I’m pretty sure ILGM only guarantees germination.

Most hermies occur due to environment not genetics…just sayin’

Hermies are a result of prolonged or repetative stress. Even if you manage to get seeds for this, (unlikely as germination is the extent of the gurantee) why they hermied will need to be examined or it will just happen again.
I understand you are upset. I would be too. Its just not ILGM’s fault. There are quite a few pro’s here on the boards who will happily walk with you through your grow and help you get it right next time by fine tuning your technique.
While ILGM pays for the maintaining of this forum they dont actually moderate it. That is handled by the users. If you want to actually talk to someone on ILGM’s staff you will have to go to the main site and find the contact us portion of the website.
They are based in amsterdamn so it can take a day or two to hear back from them, especially if you are in the US.
Dont give up, take a breath and relax a lil. This is often harder then people think it will be. It isnt impossible though.

I messed up my lighting (dark period had interruption HOURS on timer) and reversed a flip. 20 % hermis from female plants/seedlings (balls at 4 nodes).

Exactly. Every time I’ve gotten a hermie has been because of something I did. Screwed up the lighting or stressed her out too much. It happens.
@gerard , The plant in the photo looks like a straight up male. Could we get a closer picture of a bud site?
