I have Autoflower White Widow and gold leaf now that they’re flowering what’s the best light schedule
You will find a range. Autos can run on most light schedules. Usually 12/12, 16/8, 18/6. Some run 20/4 and some even 24/0.
I did 18/6 veg and 12/12 flower first time (save a little on energy bill.) Second I’m running 18/6 all the way.

I run 18 6 with my autos from start to finish. About the best schedule for autos so they get a sufficient amount of light and rest together
