I power light setting

What would be the recommended setting for
the I power switchable 400w ballast during
the veg. stage. 50-75-100% power?

I’m not sure why anyone would use less than 100 unless heat is a big issue. The more light, the better!

I use 400w instead of 600w sometime when I want to slow things down

For maximum growth use maximum wattage
