Humidity issues? Just switched to flower

What light are you using?

Just curious, your tent and light look just like mine.

Model manufacture? Looks like it has the tent covered side to side. :slightly_smiling_face: Don’t see many which fill up a 5x5.

Nice set up and very nice girls. Just curious do you do any lst or hst?

Sorry I’m not familiar with that terminology. My apologies.

LST = low stress training
HST = high stress training

There’s several methods used to spread the limbs out which create more than one main cola.

Do a search on here for those terms when ya have time. Lot’a cool stuff and some folks who’ve got the artist touch. I can just look through the pics and drool.

Yes, I’ve done both. Sorry wasn’t familiar with the acronyms. I’ve found a lot of success with training the girls since the vegetative state.

BTW, do you have a plan for watering when your plants get bigger?

Just passing on my experience. I have 3 gal grow bags, 100% coco and when I first started I could water every couple of days and maybe three. By the time they were a few weeks old they needed 1/2 to 3/4’s of a gal to get the 10% runoff, to flush excess salts from the Jacks 321. I’m not 100% but I believe soil needs the same. maybe a soil grower will chime in.

Now at 6 weeks, they’re drinking a gallon a day so I’m getting quite a bit of runoff.

Anyway, my catch pans were a MAJOR pain in the arse to keep emptied. If I let them sit with water my RH wouldn’t go below 68/70%. I switched to a homemade rack which drains automatically and my life is much easier. Stay around 48/50% RH.

Some folks just suck them out with a shop vac.

Again, not 100% on soil.

Your girls are look’n fine! not fine OK But Fineeeeee! :heart_eyes:

Lol yeah I’m watering around a gallon every other day. I’m using coco as well. The girls are in their 3rd week of flowering with 12 on 12 off. I’m using a shop vac currently for the excess water.

This is my first grow. I’ve watched hours and hours of videos and until I found this group I was running around clueless.

I’m setting up my trellis tonight. Any advice on do’s and dont’s?

They are very easy on the eyes for sure lol

I have a trellis in the bag on the shelf. My tent is so full they couldn’t fall over if they tried. :flushed: :crazy_face: :four_leaf_clover:

It might actually become a problem. I need to defoliate… again, right now. If worse comes to worse I have a taker for 3 of them. The wife says I should just set them on a catch pan in front of the tent with the tent open so the fan can draw the smell out. Not sure that’ll work.

Man oh man, any question you have use the search function here and there is tons and tons of stuff… with pics. :grin:
