What are you trying to look at? Trics I assume. Amazon,ebay has a blue tooth scope for around $25 works great. If using a glass or loupe I’d say around 60x

Depends, how old are your eyes? I use to use a 30x no problem, now I’m up to 75x. Sad but true.

agree with @Audiofreak …the digiscopes are very inexpensive on Amazon…works with a phone or computer. Gets good pics to watch progress etc.
Of course an Audio freak would come up with a creative use of a mic stand.
