Welcome to the forum. Light is measured in PPFD (photosynthetic photon flux density.) You can measure PPFD with a phone app called Photone.

In general, the minimum is:

Seedling stage: 300 PPFD
Veg stage: 600 PPFD
Flowering stage: 800 PPFD

PPFDs above 1,200 are about the limit. You can give a plant more, but there are diminishing returns above 1,200 without the use of CO2.

Cannabis is a very light hungry plant and you should give it all of the light you can via adjustment of the light’s wattage or by varying the light’s distance from the canopy. If you can feel heat from the light on the back of your hand when you hold your hand at the plant’s canopy, then the light is too close. Anything else is fair game.

DLI (daily light integral) is also a great method for determining how to manage your lighting.

Welcome to the community. Start out at a lower power and advance from there as the plant grows. (Temps permitting) I’ll start out at a 100w @ 16" or so. Read the plant and make light adjustments as the plant grows.

Hi I’m not sure if my settings are correct. It’s been like this for 2 days… I was trying to program for 70 degrees. This is day 2 of seeding stage from germination. Is this correct?

This is the AC Infinity fan

Seedlings like it warm and humid. I usually shoot for 80°f with 70%-80% humidity. I don’t bring the entire tent up to that humidity but instead use a clear dome and heating mat to make that happen.

One big mistake I made starting out was over watering the seedlings. Use a spray bottle and mist the dome, they will suck the moisture out of the air and your soil should get too dry.
