If you can move it, I definitely would if you’re expecting a heavy rain. Wish I could move mine sometimes… otherwise you just have to let mother nature do it’s thing. It also wouldn’t hurt to up the N as they still need N in flowering but not sure, over-watering may increase the risk of N deficiency I might gently poke some holes in the soil with a pencil being careful not to go too deep into the roots. That will help it dry out a tad quicker. Just don’t let it get anymore water if the soil is still dry up to your first knuckle

Your plants look beautiful to me. I wouldn’t have diagnosed them with over watering but a nitrogen deficiency as they don’t look droopy to me. This is just my 3rd year growing so I am still learning
