Maybe day 1ish. Write it down if you’re using bloom or finish nutrients. I start Bloom nutes (higher PK ) from day 1 thru week 3 
I’d have to call it 1st week of pre-flower
Edit: I believe the tec term is transition period. Your girl looks good and is just now really showing her maturity 
Flipping the light schedule on photo period plants is related to the size of your grow space. They almost double in size so it’s all about plant maintenance, air circulation and light penetration. Looking at these last pics agree with @StonedCold13
