Looks like it just entered flower. Several weeks to go.
4 to 6 more weeks. Start checking your trichomes like a week after the buds stop getting bigger.
Your or it looks to be maybe 1 full proper week or maybe 2 (depend on strain grow tech etc) I can only go on my plants that looked like this then turned into I’ll show you over around 8 weeks but I was LATE to the season Outdoors about 2 months late…. Lol but I still got a few ounces of each plant. If you’re indoors under lights you should see faster growth than me.
Anyway here are images I’ll check dates.
The images of the plants lusher or near finish were my first grow. So it was a whole learning thing but I had been around cannabis my entire life so hewed lots and knew things.
The last picture or depend what order posted it shows the one image with little yellow/white hairs after about 2/3 weeks after I ID’ed 2/3 to be female the male I didn’t know until one day after two days rain not checking much I did but it was super green wet… then checked 3rd day and it was a male and I tossed it that day very carefully even with closed pods though and not ready to open they can be broken open and pollinate the females. So got rid of it into green bin.
Anyway the photos here are about 8 weeks apart and I had a long grow of about 2.5 months as it was out of ideal season where I am on south of equator down low we have moderate summers but we get one cycle maybe 2 if you did it at the same time… but then it’s sort of the same crop… comparing to up north states from here they get 2 crops and or 3 or all year round in tropical conditions. It’s crazy good if you like outdoors. I do due to the nature and natural aspect even making the best buds that compare to hydro never compete but compare yes. If you’re a pro grower you can nearly get the same strained seed turn into better buds when in ground compared to hydro or any other means of growing. But that’s me. Sorry I’m garbaging on.
See images your are a bit ahead of the image of mine so and your under lights if your long light person like idk perfect cycles but u gear u can go 24 hours lights in flower ? Idk but 16/8 was best? 16 on 8 off. Or something. Anyway looks maybe 4 weeks (depends on strain and growth medium nutes and growth tech to this stage and general health of the plant. You will or should get MORE than what I got and that image was 2 weeks PRE harves so they got bigger but only 1/3 more they were root bound to some extent sadly that stunted their end results 
but for first grow I was very happy I got stoned for free and very nicely too!

Looks like you just started flower a couple weeks or so. It takes 8 to 10 weeks from 1st sign of pistils.
5 to 6 more weeks imo
It takes, as 420life says, 8 to 10 weeks once flowering begins and you look to be in week 2 of flowering. SO 7 to 9 weeks left if its an average grower.
Expect it to fill in like this before and after bud…
