How is my 4th grow going?

I have just been letting them grow with some defoliating. Middle of week 3 flower. The pistils are turning color on one of them. Is it something to be concerned about? I feel like it’s way too early for them to be changing colors… do es anyone see any concerns?

Sorry i haven’t posted any updates on these girls but life got busy there for a few weeks… here they are last night. A couple of them are getting close. Just ordered myself a new scope. This one i have is so difficult to use.
