How did the trim go?

Hello, these girls are one week away from flipping the lights to 12/12. I only trimmed one today because the other one is recovering from a ph battle and i wanna give it a few more days… but its coming around at the right time. As for the one i trimmed should i thin out the canopy after a few days or just wait until the week 3 flower trim? I dont want to go overboard with the scissors.

Defoliate as necessary to maintain good airflow within the plant’s canopies. The plant otherwise needs its leaves to manufacture the sugars the plant needs to be healthy and productive.
