How accurate are the flowering durations

I have 4 different types flowering now. They were all put into the flowering tent 9/16, 58 days ago. According to the seed details they should be ready from 52-64 days. AK47 should be the last but it looks ready to me. It’s my first grow though. I bought a scope and a lot look cloudy and I see a few Amber. The buds are really large and sticky. Should I wait for the 64 days or is it ok to cut today? Is timing that critical or will. Few days not matter. The one that was supposed to be reay6 days ago doesn’t look as ready to me. Wish I had an expert to look at them

I would wait. I would personally say congratulations on you first grow. And i would push to like 70 to 75 days.

Them flowering times are with the best gear so unless youve got a top growing setup it can be 10 or more days past what they say just my experience

It’s been my experience to judge my harvest by the trichomes. The flowering times are a rough estimate that can be affected by too many variables to list. Depending on the effect that you want, high or couchlock, the trichomes will tell the tale every time. Most cloudy and some clear will give you an uplifting high. Most cloudy and some amber will give you more couchlock. Ilgm’s estimates in flowering times, in my experience anyway, have been pretty accurate. But that’s not to say that you can’t customize your harvest to the effect that you want. Go with the trichomes and you’ll be good. After a few more grows you can tailor your mj exactly to your liking. Congrats on a successful grow and may you have many more!!

Hey man, I just harvested an AK and it was abtad ealry bud its killer. Mine is mostly white with minimal amber and I still get couchlocked. As a matter of flower time I am still figuring this out too. The seed co youbgot them from could count when they see pistils rather than photoperiod. Because I harvested a lil bit before the “due date” because a week of vacation made my older girls start eating themselves too early and all the fan leaves were gone about a week before my projected harvest BUT if I were to go off of when they showed their pistils rather than when I swapped them to a 12 12 schedule it would have been perfect timing pretty much, give or take a day or 2. Really its up to you my man, if youbhave white and amber, then you are ballpark for a good stone, but in the end its your preference.
