GSC trichomes look milky AF. These gotta be getting close. Thoughts?

I think you’re zooming in on it for sure. The pics are kind of blurry, but I’d say your easily within two weeks.

Is two weeks the patented answer because most people are impatient and undershoot the harvest timing?

@Jungianstrain Its a safe answer more often than not and with those difficult images it’s hard to be more precise. There isn’t a smear of amber streaked in there that I could tell. Can you retake pics?

Here’s another “standard” response… is that pics of sugar leaves or actual bud calyx’s? Looks like leaves to me, they mature and get cloudy faster than the bud material.

Yeah my bad I have this crappy trichomes lens thing that makes it almost impossible to snap a non blurry image, it’s more like how much blur can I live with.

Thanks that’s a good point it quite possibly leaf trichomes that were captured so two weeks might be a correct guesstimate at this point

Good point I also noticed that the 30% amber quota has not been met at least not in these photos.

Looks like you are looking at the sugar leaves. Make sure you are checking the buds because the trics mature faster on the leaves

Hey @Jungianstrain i think you are right around a week or 2 out. My GSC autos looks like yours which I’m glad to see. And I will be taking her down this weekend. So start a good flush, and I come back with re charge or black strap molasses last 2 weeks instead of nutes. Pic of my GSC and tricomes pic. Mine are blurry too so don’t feel bad about that. She been in flower for almost 10 weeks. Sprout mid February

You weren’t kidding the leaf color and bud color and structure is almost identical as our plants are roughly the same age, My plants will be entering their tenth week as of Friday 5/27. Good job. And, thank you for thoughts and comments!

The pics may be from one or some of the very small leaves that are tight close to the buds, but they aren’t from the fan leaves or much larger leaves. I tried to get right close to the bud to get pictures of the trichomes close to home, but yeah some of these pics look very clearly like leaf trichomes instead of bud trichomes. Onward!

You got this buddy. You’ve waited this long, what’s a few more weeks. And the wait will pay off, adding weight and potency. Start dropping your temperature about 15f at night and it will bring out those colors everyone likes to see. So if lights on temp is 80 shoot for 60s
