What an interesting sprout. When you repot I would burry the dog leg into the soil. I don’t think I have ever seen a sprout do that once in soil.

JP just purpled on me? Not sure about pistil change color.
It’s nothing to worry about. If the colors are in It’s genes, the cool weather will bring it out. I bet your temps at lights out is running a tad cooler now that it’s fall in the northern hemisphere. Colors are a bonus.
