My thought with Canna Terra Flores… color looks like it’s light on nitrogen. I ran terra vega for the first two weeks after flip to 12/12 but Flores has more nitrogen than most flower nutes so at this point stick with it.
I don’t use the rest of your nutes so maybe one or more has enough calcium magnesium but I would suggest bumping calmag to 5ml/gallon and use 5ml Terra Flores (once) and give it till next watering to see if you green up a bit.
I am running 2 - 3 ml of Flores depending on how much calmag or silica I used. Not sure what PH your water is but my tap water would come in right about 6.5 with that mix and a good middle of the road PH (assuming you’re in soil, not coco or other).
Anything higher than 3ml/Gal with Flores and I got nitrogen claw in the leaves. All I have used in flower is Flores, boost and cannazym with silica a couple times and calmag when not using silica. Happy frog soil and it has done very well.

Are you in soil? Or soiless or hydro?
Yeah, 5ml Terra Flores and 5ml calmag per gallon and see how if it greens up in the following few days.
Got a better pic of the leaves that look like they are brown or rusty?
Oh… and the reason I went to Canna terra is to avoid mixing 10 different liquids per watering. A buddy up in the emerald triangle swears by it as well as his buddies in the area (monster outdoor crops).
I would probably stop growing if I had to mix up everything on your list per feeding 
For now, keep it simple and once you’re straightened out add bloom or whatever else and see if it helps or hurts.

5ml calmag, shake jug or mix.
5ml Flores, shake jug or mix.
If PH is around 6.5, good to go.
I don’t mess around with ph up or down if I don’t have to, If I’m a little high but below 6.8, I just mix the next feeding with more nutes that bring ph below 6.5 and it seems to balance itself out.
To make sure we’re talking about the same product… It’s Canna Terra Flores right?

In addition to Flores, I used 2-4ml of boost every feed and a couple of times added 1ml of General Hydroponics Flora Bloom in the 5th week of flower to boost P/K a bit but other than 2 feedings, no other flower nutes given. Just Flores, boost & cannazym.
I guess boost is kind of a flower nute but it doesn’t have much P/K in it, more of alfalfa and whatever other secret magic sauce they put in it but not your typical bloom additive high in P/K.
