Nothing to do in the grow box today, so I drug out the phone and tested the DLI with the photone app. Testing at plant height with light hung 18" above. Looks like I’m lacking in lights. Here’s my readings.

So trying to up my grow I went this past weekend and ordered a new light designed to flower my 2x4 box. Here’s to hoping it does the trick.

Thanks my grow brothers. With this one having a dimmer I should have more control during veg and in flower I should have more strength. I just have to calibrate my photone app and start doing more adjustments.

@kaptain3d or any others. I’ve been up since 2am with a muscle spasm in my back. I was wondering if anybody used infused coconut oil for an external rub?

I’m not saying to do it yourself, but knowing that pain, I would try it… :man_shrugging:

Hey @Turbonelson, I do have a recipe on my concentrates blog. For the essential oils I would add one or two of the following:

Marjoram
Thyme
Wintergreen
Eucalyptus
Fennel
Peppermint
Ginger
Black Pepper Oil

Dang don’t have that stuff here at home. Maybe I’ll do a run in the future for such occasions. I just noticed the tag under your name, congratulations. Thank you! I ordered all the ingredients off of Amazon… much cheaper than what I could find locally.

I know @AfgVet is a fantastic resource (better than me) for this as well. This was my second try and everyone I’ve given it to loves it. I even gave it to my brother in lase who has a disease that causes open sores all over and added clove oil. He said it worked 100 times better than any prescription his doctor gave him.
