I am a beginner, last summer was my 1st grow, outdoors. Harvested 12 GSC plants, got 10+ pounds of good quality bud. But, later on I found 3 seeds inside some buds, there might be more that I missed. Thinking of planting those seeds. But not sure first how they got there. Was one of those plants hermie? (I bought feminized seeds) Or is it possible plant had stress? I ve heard seeds from hermies turn into hermie plants. Any idea? Planning on growing more this year. Should I be worried about plants being hermies? Even if they are all feminized.
Any thoughts? Thanks
A seed deep in a bud here and there is not a bad thing. Sometimes its stress, sometimes you harvested late. While a seed can have herm traits, it’s minimal if the plant it came from didnt herm but just made a seed or two.
Were the plants that you found seeds in feminized or regular?

I just harvested a plant a couple of weeks ago from fem seed and she produced a few seeds. I wouldn’t plant them, but it was a nice healthy fem loaded with trichs.
The hermies I’ve taken through flowering have been disappointing.

They were all feminized
@Alenka I don’t get much good quality weed we’re I live that’s actually a very good question because I was wandering same thing iv read you can’t smoke hermits cause it taste bad but in desperate situations you have to like me we get a lot weed with seeds here a lot

Depending.
If the plant goes full herm and goes to total seed there won’t be much thc left. Thats whats happened with any herms Ive had.
Just a few seeds it might be smokeable.

Back in the day all you could buy was seeded weed. That changed at some point in the 1980’s I believe.

@MidwestGuy we get Mexican swag here we call it it’s brown weed but really hard like a rock and full of flipped seeds

Everyone is familiar w Mexican shwag… it was the most popular weed thru the 90’s…lol I remember breaking it up on a record cover and tilting it as you worked it w the paper book and rolled the seeds out of it… lol good times…
