This is my first inside grow. I have white widow auto. What is the best lighting for my baby Girls. 12/12 or 16/8 any help and guidance is appreciated and welcomed. I have a led 400 watt for my 3x3 tent for starters.

Autos don’t really care about the lighting cycle length so long as your girls are getting plenty of light each day. Many people will run autos 18/6 for the entire life cycle.

When I was doing autos, I ran 18/6 after 24 hours on the first 2 weeks.

Welcome to the community ! I have run them 18/6 start to finish and also 12/12 start to finish didn’t see a lot of difference. They will grow under just about any reasonable light schedule.
I run 12/12 start to finish for both Autos and Photos.
