Use these nutrients, is the amount is per gallon of water or per gallon of pot? Also if i have 3 plants is that recommended amount for each right?
I would say per gallon of water and water plants as you would normally,depends on size of plant.
How big are your plants,do you have a picture of them?
That is per gallon of water. You will have to decide how much to mix when feeding your plants.
Suggest you get a decent PH and TDS meter if you don’t already have one and follow the schedule at the recommended ppm.

Enter week 5 on Thursday, 3 gallon pot WW Auto ILGM. doing now 1 gallon of water with 1tsp for all the 3 once a week. Should i stay/increase or decrease?

I would stay as you are,they look OK.
Can you give a picture from front angle?
You might want to raise the middle pot so it receives same amount of light as others.

On schedule for veg Ph 5.8-6.5
Veg EC- 1.5 or PPM 750

For feeding amounts follow the nutrient feed schedule by week. I would suggest once the PH/TDS pen arrive that you mix a gallon and PH at 6.5/ and feed to run off and catch a sample and test. Target 1000 PPMs and 6.5 PH. Run off is critical to keeping a healthy root zone and soil likes a dry cycle between watering or feeding. I would also recommend a journal notebook If you don’t have one. I keep weekly notes on the growth stage, run off numbers and feed numbers

Hey thanks, but kinda what I was worried about when you said you had ordered them.
That TDS pen will probably be ok but that pH pen will have you chasing your tail and beating your head against the wall.
You’ll want to get a better pH pen pretty fast. I can link a couple if ya need
