We could use a little nor more info. Did you recently spray for pests or fertilize? Try anything new? Have you foliar fed. Did it recently get too dry followed up by an over water?
From what I can see is it possibly root bound. Looks like a good sized plant in a 3ish gallon pot? If I knew nothing else was wrong, the first thing I would do is check the roots. Make sure they are white and happy. If they get too root bound they can start strangling themselves circling round and round till it’s a tourniqet. Possibly time for an up potting and root trim if they look strangled and twisted. If they are all twisted and circling hard around themselves, the roots won’t grow well even in an up potting. I would carefull slide out the roots and see how they look. That plant is not into hard flowering yet (outdoor plant?) soon would slide it out of its pot carefully and check those roots.
If it was stacking buds, that is not the time to root prune. Help us out more by telling us what your routine is.
