Have no idea what going on with my plant first time grower will the plant continue to grow is it from over watering under or light issues?

Plant is a photo do not know what kind of seed random seed had laying around

It would be good to get a runoff TDS (ppm) of your medium as plant is showing signs of N excess. I would not add supplements for at least another couple of weeks. A cheap TDS meter is all you need and you can order one from Amazon for under $20. Do a runoff test and tag me.
