PEST OR DISEASE???

Plants are growing well but I have these spots on leaves I cannot identify. Originally, I did find some aphids which I believed to have gotten rid of. I hose off the leaves periodically and spray under the leaves with CJDB. Also had a couple spider mites, which I have fought with before. I alternate spraying CJDB and Pyrethrin under the leaves every other day as I found the best way to keep the mites at bay. When I look at the leaves with my jeweler loop I am not finding any bugs anymore but the spots are worrying me as they seem to be working up the plant. Also, if I look at the underside of the leaves it looks like it has been eaten. But in the past I have always been able to see the bugs.
This is my second year growing and I had lots of problems with mites last year. I live in the deep south and I am growing outdoors. Temperatures last week were in the 95-100 range with about 80% humidity. This week in the 90-95 range. I think I am entering the flowering stage as they are growing in height rapidly. Growing anywhere from 2-5mm a day sometimes. Since I cannot find any bugs I am wondering if it can be a deficiency.

Can someone please help me identify what is causing theses spots?

Looks like you have spider mites my friend need Look with magnifying glass to see them
