Have you grown the Chocolope before? How is the smoke?

Smoked it a good few times. Really enjoy it, hoping the ilgm variant is pretty good too. Sounds good on paper :slight_smile:

Got sidetracked on last post. I have a nice little Purple Haze in a hydro bucket that is just about 8 weeks old. Just started get her first white hairs. That I have grown before and smoked. My curing process needs a little more work but I pulled just over a pound on my biggest Purple Haze indoor grow. Maybe this summer we will do one full size outside.

Shipping confirmation email = received.

My seeds are supposed to be here Monday.

Did you smoke a fat one as recommended?

I started freaking out @joegrows over the week as my payment still had not been recieved by ILGM for my recent order. Turned out I can’t type or read :slight_smile: flipped the email address up. But they got me sorted today and should have my new seeds soon.

Same thing. I DID EVERYTHING I was directed to do; step by step. Then told, one thing after another that prevented them from fulfilling order. Completely forthcoming here, and I have ALL the records and correspondence to prove my point. I used pseudonym, but used my email address, which matches mailing address AND bank address, etc. ALL my correspondence included order #, etc. Then they wanted screenshot from bank of payment. Then they wanted a BIGGER screenshot (oh sure, I want to give them bank account information); continued putting up roadblocks and excuses. I have often used whimsical names when placing orders with Amazon and other companies, but made my payment, without a hitch. Not these folks.
Only way I could get their attention was to go to Trustpilot and post a review (which they couldn’t censor, like they likely will here). Now it’s all a love fest, cannot fulfill order kindly enough or fast enough . Nothing changed except my placing that review on Trustpilot.
I don’t believe these are honest brokers.
Now, I never swore, or was abusive, but these people did not treat me fair.
I am copying this narrative because I don’t believe they will post it.

Who from customer service were you dealing with and what is your order number?

Yeah, threaten a company with a crappy review for doing nothing wrong to you. Makes sense. You weren’t even out money; you were just offended they wouldn’t accept your bank payment because you used a fake name.

I have never bought anything from ilgm, nor do I work for them. I do know that if I felt the way you do about them, I certainly would have canceled my order. I also wouldn’t be using their forum. That’s just me, though.

Stores must be out of tinfoil, I’m guessing.

I’m confused why you feel the need to do this with any company. If you are in the U.S it’s against federal law to ship seeds across state lines. They have to take certain steps to protect themselves and their customers. If any order appears odd my guess would be that there’s increased chances of there being problems. Hopefully you can be satisfied by whatever measures are taken to make you happy with purchase. Personally I have ordered seeds 4 times. I paid with a electronic check. I used my real name and had no issues. Good Luck with your growing and please understand that there’s a lot of great resources and people on this forum.

Go ahead, try to rewrite the narrative. No ā€œfake name to a companyā€. Bank account paid them IMMEDIATELY. THEY HAD ADDRESS. ETC.
Might be worth noting I received an email from a moderator this morning, when I replied, it bounced back.

Now, tell me again who’s not an honest broker.

Which moderator emailed you?

I suspect you may be confusing an email notification of activity here for a personal email. We don’t typically send emails from here. It’s too easy to just post in the forum or send you private message. If you tried responding to an automated email telling you that your forum account has activity, then yes I believe it would be undeliverable.

Seems a little odd that you completely ignored my post.

Go easy, man. They’re a legit company. I guess I should update my post on this forum.

I have received my seeds. Shipping was not as quick as the average review on this site would suggest, but the seeds did arrive. ILGM staff were very kind and understanding, even when my flames were at ā€œscorched-earthā€ level.

This is my first time with ILGM, so I can’t tell you how the genetics are yet. But I will leave an honest opinion after harvest.

Oh here is a little old shot of my Purple Haze 11 weeks from seed, 5th week of flower. I ordered this seed in 2016 and still grows nice and easy. Don’t pay any attention to bagseed (on the right) doing a photo bomb, we having an argument about her feeding schedule.

here’s a couple of my ILGM seeds :ok_hand: I’ve got seeds from ILGM four or five times now and seeds have always made it, once they were delayed in customs and another shipment sent at no cost to me, on that occasion both shipments were received within 3 days of each other about 3 weeks after second order was sent. ILGM is the only Seed bank I’ll ever use and I’ve learnt more off of these grow journals in this forum then I have from all of my youtube learnings in my entire life. I’m In Australia so questions I post are answered by the time I get up in the morning most of the time. 100% germination rate with every ILGM seed I’ve floated with 100% female = 100% satisfaction :ok_hand:

Ha! I have used that exact same yellow lid tote/setup before. Love it!

Some day we will have to get someone to make a black lid. I’ve found panda plastic works well to block light leak through the cover.
