New grower here, and I need help diagnosing my plant. It’s a DWC grow. 65-68 degree res, 3.5-1.5-1.5, RH 60%. Noticed the tiniest bit of tip curl lower on the plant some days ago, so I figured I’d up my PPM since I had it on 370 for about a week and a half. It was doing great, growing fast. Well I upped it to 509 since I was starting to see some real growth and thought she might be getting hungry. I did that, then started noticing droopy leaves, and some light green interveinal patches on the same leaves. So now I’m thinking i overfed and am in nute lock. The plan is to flush for 24 hours and reintroduce a 3-1-2 mix after doing some homework.
A little back story, week 2-3 I noticed some non-interveinal yellow tips that went from tip to base of the leaf at the bottom of the plant. Changed to a 3.5-1.5-1.5 mix and she started thriving again. That’s why I upped my PPM, I thought she just needed more of what she was doing well on, in case you’re wondering how I got to this point.
So my question is, am I correct in my diagnosis of nute lock/overfeeding? And am I doing the right thing to fix? Or am I way off? Thanks.
GH brand. Roots are translucent , not slimy. But it looks like there’s some substance within the roots since they’re somewhat clear. They look like they might be clogged but I’m not sure if that’s just staining from the solution.
I didn’t notice any smell, and I don’t leave much room for air in the bucket.
WELCOME TO THE GANG !
in my opinion your plant might

Just finished the flush after lowing the water level. Starting the ppm at 390 now, what do yall think? That’s about what I had it at before things went downhill.
Ive learned that early in life they are very sensitive to excess light and the leaves will do that to hide, Im on week 4 with 2 optic8+ Gen 2 and I’ve seen the same response by having the light to high and too much wind on them. Ive learned they dont need huge amounts of light to reach the usuable PPFD or DLI on very new plants. Its been the case for my grow atleast
