Help me diagnose this please!

Good morning all,
Please correct me if I am posting in the wrong area. (Or if dupe is wrong, exploring rules next) I literally just signed up here.
This is actually my first grow so I suspect I may get some steam for my system. Also I apologize if I went into too much or not enough detail.

To the point

Unknown strain just some good stuff I found a lot of seeds in.
I’m using a home-made aeroponics system.
Both running 10 gal of water
Kept between a pH of 5.8- 6.0 (checked and managed daily)
At a 10 second spray every minute
1000W king LED positioned approx 22" above (now 28)
55% humidity at 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
General hydroponics for nutrients with a diluted sample of the floramicro, floragro, florabloom blend. In a 3/4tsp, 3/4tsp, 1/2 tsp blend. Bottle rec 1tsp/4gal of each. (Less is more, right?)
Also to clean out the medium in case of algae before the rocks got here to block the light, I mixed in a sample of 3% peroxide (should be good for the plants at the dose I used)

The plants were placed in their mediums to grow on may 31.

They all seemed to be doing great until this weekend.

Friday I had an issue in which my window AC unit had become disconnected. This led to the grow room being about 90-95 degrees for about half the day.

The next day, Saturday, I noticed majority of my plants had leaves that we’re folding upward and curling in.
As well as 2 or 3 with little yellow spots.
(Pictures below)
I believed this was due to heat stress from the day before.

I backed my light off about 6" and ensured the temperature was good and just monitored it all day.

Further research and talking to someone led me to believe it could be a nutrient Imbalance since it had been several days since putting in the nutrients, I added in 1/4 tsp more of each.

Today the spots look a little worse and I’d rather not gamble on this too much. So while I’m researching this, I figured I would see if I could find some expertise when I came across this site.

** (Note not all of the images are of the same plant, some images are to show how others are curling)

Thank you to all who can assist!

The upward and curling would be from heat stress, I believe but that will recover fine so long as the temp stays under control, between 70-80 is my target but it’s usually low 70s because I run QBs… the spots look similar to pH fluctuation or nutrient imbalance… How often do you change nutrients and what are your PPMs like? I would suggest using the Lucas formula which is a 1:2 ratio of FloraMicro and FloraBloom. I use this the entire grow and don’t use FloraGro at all.

I am using rockwool, it was highly recommended according to the things I’ve read.

I’ve only added nutes twice now, and in very low dosage, at least 6 days apart. They are only about 12 days.
Currently
tote 1 has a pH of 5.9 and ppm of 323
Tote 2 pH 5.8 ppm 390
