Ahhh... Brownish leaf spots HELP!

Omg. My first grow ever!
I have an illness on one of my girls. I have done a little research and still having trouble. Could someone help me diagnose and steer me in the correct direction?

Am I Watering too much? Ph? Nutrients? Slow growth? I’m so confused. I feel like I’m all over the place. Here is a picture.

Almost looks like the start of Phosphorus deficiency but I don’t think that is the case as I see no black spots.

Just throwing this out there as I dont grow in organic soil. But shouldn’t a plant that size be getting nutes from the soil?

No nutes til things are sorted out. I would like to see TDS of runoff. A good meter is under $20.
