Yes, I use them in the “community jars” that I leave out for family and friends, jars that get opened daily, they are great for that, so the buds don’t get too dry from the constant opening. I also throw one in a ziploc bag with cigars when I go on trips, fishing, hunting, etc…
I would not use them for curing or for long term storage.
You dont attach a fan to the carbon filter and ducting for intake do you? I supposed the negative pressure forces air to go through the carbon filter is that right?
Right. I’m doing the same thing as him and you get plenty of air intake passively as long as your exhaust fan is big enough for your tent. The walls are super sucked in as he said, had to use two poles to brace the tent otherwise the tent crowds the plants.
@Hellraiser When you soak your seeds in water for 24 hours before you place them in the soil, do they have to sink or not in order for you to put them in the soil?
I put all 4 seeds of mine in water for 48 hours now and they didnt sink but only have a tiny sprout
Hi Ash! Im p sure u wanna take the seeds out if they have sprouted tails, so they dont drown. U could put them in a slightly damp ( not wringing wet) paper towel folded over, then in a ziplock-- until the tails are half inch or more. But its possible to break the tail off too. So maybe better to plant, tail down, in a dixie cup of soil or coco.
PS They dont have to sink.
I soakEd mine for about 18(ish) hours, tap them, if they sink I put them in soil, 24 hours later I got them tapping out the soil. I tried to do a (literal) grow journal showing every single day (so far) I can tag u in it if u want
Also a follow on question from above…would you be willing to start a new thread (tag me please) to discuss your process to get your cherry do so do to go male or how you crossed it with ice queen?
Cross pollination really enthralls me, and this is something I would look forward to doing eventually…I want to create my own “oceans” strain so to speak and but I also really enjoy reading and learning about processes.
Different strains are certainly more tolerant/demanding of nutrients than others. I haven’t fed with a PPM over 700 at any point with FF Trio and teacher has been talking about feeding consistently with 650PPM, so I think 1600 may just be too high.
