I only have one tent with no more room and I wanted to try something different to see if I could grow it without Max lighting and not have to pay so much on my power bill
I guess if worse comes to worse in a couple days when I take these down I just restart and pay out the ass for power again
You seem to have a lot of plants going.
You will get small, airy buds with inadequate lighting.
The tent is my father’s. He has been doing this a lot longer than I have. I’m trying to learn as much as I can from other people and from doing research. Because he already helped me so much
I appreciate that somebody else told me the same thing. I’ve also watch videos on YouTube that I think are bullshit because it says you can grow a plant perfectly fine with a 40 W light
Is this OK soil
The only suggestion I have for those flowering plants is less nitrogen. The dark green, waxy leaves with burned tips is a symptom of nitrogen toxicity.
Cannabis needs ~50 watts of quality lighting per square foot of cannabis canopy. So if you have a plant that is 2x2 wide, then you will need ~200 watts to flower it properly.
Yes. Coast of Maine is a decent cannabis soil.
Correct. Too young. Female cannabis generally shows sex at some point between 5 and 7 weeks.
You will want as much direct sunlight on them as possible. Read about ‘hardening off’ for transitioning plants outdoors.
They will be in direct sunlight as soon as the sun comes all the way up. I’m doing some research on what you told me right now I really do appreciate all your help.
Hi there. if you could raise your plants above the runoff, they would be real happy. U can use an oven grate to raise. Have fun. Let the sun get on to those happy gals
YouTube has this video.
1000 PPFD is close to max utilizable.
1000/ (Plant leaf surface area) x (time).
Lighting requirements explained, nicely.
Making room for more plants.
I moved these plants out last fall, planted tulips.
Winter freeze killed plenty, but expect them to grow back.
Over 100 Red Hot Poker Plants, going to local garden club.
Missed the MO 420 spill.
Natural lighting and no personal care for 6 months. They live!
I need the grow bags, after washing.
@Jamesbryant YouTube has a video for explaining lighting relationships. Got a light meter?
