Has anyone ever seen this happen?

I concur with
front of that fan with 85ºF
what is the humidity levels inside your tent? If the soil on that on plant was dry when you returned its points to respiration issue.
With Air temps at 87F and humidity at 61%, guessing, your VPD of 1.88 in in the Danger Zone Over Transpiration.

That plant could have underlying issues with roots, fan blasting or hot spot in tent.
I had one that did the same thing with and it 3 sisters in same tent where fine. Temp rose to over 90F that day to took her down. She did respond and finish flower albeit weakly.
Best of luck :crossed_fingers:

I think you may be right, I’ve tried to bring her back with plain water for a week with no luck. Going to pull her out today. Still not sure what happened.

Just try and pull back on the light and nutrients if you gotta leave them alone for an extended period of time.
If you turn down the light and set it to turn off for a couple hours mid day as long as it doesn’t get 12 solid hours of light it should flip to flower.
If that is your goal.
