Looks like 13 weeks from seed with all the white pistils. How many weeks has the plant been flowering? Cannabis is generally ready for harvest 8 to 10 weeks from the start of flowering.
Hello I did not record when they started flowering I planted seeds November 11th
They have been flowering at least a month now

Yup, too much white pistils, not yet amber or deeper.
You are probably 1/2 way or so. The colored hairs will recede back towards the bud. For future grows watch for pistils to appear. Thats when my flower clock starts for me. 8 to 10 weeks. I dont even keep track of when I planted it or how long I veg them anymore.
