I know this is asked a bunch of times….but I honestly have zero idea what “milky trichromes” mean. They all look the same to me once they get so far along. I bought a scope for my phone, but it’s all blurry. I don’t want to harvest too late and was hoping some of you nice folks can help me. I am a newby and don’t know how many weeks in it is - because I thought harvesting was based on looks anyway, not time…so now I’m kinda stuck and nervous!
You need the USB, stand mounted, adjustable , microscope. to see them.
I shake too bad for phone. Stand shakes but small buds are clipped and but on flat surface for examination.
These are all too clear, too soon for harvest.
New Microscope arrived yesterday, so chop and view.
Not trichomes on the “sugar leaves” , is desirable.
Very helpful! Was trying to take pics while plant was moving all around! I will clip a piece off. I have some time… they are on a covered: dry porch and the temps are still in the mid 60s
