Its 50x. I could’ve zoomed much more but it got too blurry. I hear theres a trick to it but it hasn’t worked for me yet lol

Harvest, definitely want to make sure its good to cut them. Im hoping to get them closer to amber and check more buds on the plant in another couple days. I just thought since those trichomes you see are from the bottom colas, that the top must be even in better shape

So you think i should wait no more than 1 week? So maybe 3-4 days after flushing?
Do you think the same about plant number 2? Ill update this post with new pics in a couple days. Excited to be close to my first harvest

Plant two I would say an extra week, it looks like it wanted to start foxtailing so it usually throws off the schedule slightly.

They’re nice I’ve had mine for something like a year and I like it but unless you get some kind of stand to hold it for you it is a bitch to hold still enough to get a good pic or see em really good. Now once you can set a bud under it on a table

Hey bro, I’m following and since you tagged me - here’s my 2¢ just harvest the ripe cola tops, I grow autos and I harvest tops that are swollen done if you feel me. The last couple weeks in flower is when them colas plump up chop them and let lower buds finish off.

I think this is what im going to do. Im eager to start drying these ladies lol. If the top colas are amber enough this weekend which id imagine they are, i think ill start cutting the too colas and let the others continue for another week maybe. This is my first batch ever and i didnt find any research on if theres any negative impact on cutting the top colas first. I always had this weirs noob though that maybe my buds on the lower colas wouldnt mature since the top cola is the top of the main stem. So its fine to cut the main stem where the cola starts and it wont effect the other branches other colas are on and itll still develop?

Yeah it looks about a week behind plant one. Im thinking of doing what neo said about chopping top colas off if this plants top cola is ready.
It’ll stress the gals into thinking pump up the flowering and sticky thc production, we’re dying and need pollen - at least that’s the raw genetics of it. But in simpler terms it’ll redirect growth to the remaining bud sites. No worries about that or it dying. In hydro the roots on mine won’t let them die until dry a week or so in DWC bucket. (Went on vacation and nine days later they were bone dry buckets but still alive plants. Pulled out of it out and finished it. But lesson learned. Doh it was by accident I was gone too long

Hello Randy been awhile sorry just saw this, still a few white hairs too, 7 days on top 12 on second, I used to flush longer but only flush for a week… Looking good bruh thumbs up my brotha

I actually flushed one plant last week and yesterday started flushing so for the first plant a week sounds right for sure
