Have you tried a slurry test yet just out a couple tablespoons in some water and test it and see what it’s saying as ph and ppm and we might can get it line out more easily from there than just doing this or that . You don’t want to do anything suddenly in organic soil until you get a more better range are you will end up doing to much than needed and causing more problems late in flower . So try a slurry test first to get a more precise reading on what the soil is reading 
, happy Frog usually starts out around 5.5 - 5.8 maybe at least for me it’s has been. Once you get the slurry test done we can try to go from there
