Happy Birthday!

I sold my sons Navy buddy a reference and onkyo package. Blew his apartment away. So clean. The distortion from those is like zero. All the way to the top.

@Growmoredank hi bro. I am currently in the process of grabbing a little inventory. I will be getting 2 Sony 7.1.2 and 7.1.4 receivers.
1 or 2 Sony HTA9M2 Home Theater speaker systems. I am not diving back in yet. Waiting till economy stabilizes. But this time of the year I can get inventory year end clearouts. I am doing a few single unit buys over my usual truckloads. If I manage my buys correctly and go pick up myself, 12 hour round trip, I can save on multiple shipping.
That being said, after testing and inspection I will be dropping everything at HALF retail. We are not greedy and stay low profit for playmoney right now.
The sony quad system speakers are 2499.00 retail. They also blow almost every home theater setup into the dirt. Has the optional sub. Before you pull the trigger on a reference get with me. As a regular family member here I will make you a better deal. As I said we are not chasing big profit at this time. Just whatever cash. I get a lot of pleasure providing high end gear.
The speakers are 4 units and sub. LATEST 360 surround tech. They have 16 speakers total with 4 of them upfiring atmos. FULL virtual surround with up to 12 phantoms.
Small form factor. They are wifi/bt/lan/ wireless.

I am not trying to press a sale man. I will turn them super fast. Just offering to a fellow audiophile.
The total value with the sub is 3200. Open box unit. Final base price will be determined after overhead is calculated. If you want will be pretty close to my cost. No higher than half and probably less to you.
This is NOT a selling place for me. You inquired before and I have been out. Stuff goes fast.
This purchase run is actually a theater build. Buying to pair the speakers with the high end receiver 1100.00. 3200.00 surround speakers and have a Sony 75" led tv I am looking at today as part of system build 1900.00. Total retail at 6k plus. Wont go over 3k sale price. For you I would break the set.
Just let me know if the speakers are of interest to you. The reference have more juice. The sony have better form factor and EXTREME surround. D.A.C.A. tuning. Damn things will self tune your room. Speakers can be high, low, out of line whatever. They will tune to room. Each speaker has a mic.
Just shooting out what we will have in a few days. Have a great day bro and grow on.

Hola @Storm

I appreciate it… I’ll probably stick with my current receiver at the moment…and just bought a bunch of Klipsch… probably won’t do the Sony anytime soon.

When I am looking at buying the Reference… I’ll definitely reach out.

I appreciate you thinking about me on this!

I hope you have a great day!

Absolutely man and staying Klipsch/Onkyo is a solid go. Later in the year I will restock Klipsch. Check in when pulling the trigger on a reference set. If I dont have 1 I will get you 1. Through our business I can get them and give you 1 at my cost. I source direct from Costco. At less than half price for larger orders.

Life throws hand grenades at us all the time. Tough to focus on the good in your life when you are feeling it. Wishing you the best right now bro.

There was an old man who lived by a river, next to a bridge he had crossed a thousand times. Some days, the view was clear and he could see the other side without effort. Other days, the fog rolled in so thick it felt like the bridge led to nothing.

One morning, the fog was heavier than ever. The man stood at the edge, gripping the worn railing, feeling the weight of it all.

A stranger passing by stopped and asked, “Why do you hesitate?”

“I can’t see where this bridge leads today…” the old man admitted.

The stranger nodded. “But you’ve crossed it before, haven’t you?”

“Hundreds… maybe thousands of times…”

“Has the other side ever disappeared?”

The old man was caught off guard “No”

The stranger smiled. “Then keep walking.”

I don’t have anything this motivational, just a bunch of 1970’s lines out of marine corps boot camp that aren’t quite as positive of a message. But we’re all behind you @Growmoredank.

Hola…finally…one in the right direction.

Valvoline F’d up my truck, and didn’t tell me month ago…was windy, long drive to the U P … sucky time to figure out Valvoline didn’t tell me they damaged my car when I inquired what was going on last service.

So the dealer ended up having to repair Valvoline’s damage on my dime…one part of the heep I’ve been dealing with with lately.

I flipped.

Long story short…(Sorry @Low )

Valvoline sent me an email that a check is in the mail to cover it…finally.

So one in the right direction…is good. Still got my head up.

Sorry again…was at my end.

@dbrn32 I appreciate it…very much.

Been taking a break… haven’t felt like I’ve got a lot to contribute lately.

Giving up isn’t really I thing I do…which can be stressful…as well as positive.

I appreciate that you didn’t repeat the drill Sargent terms…my dad sooooo pushed me to be in the military…that I never enlisted.

I was so destined to be in the military…I didn’t play with my GI Joe…I displayed them along with my world war 2 memorabilia I got from a WW2 veteran who’d tell me war stories when I was a kid…and the military brochures my dad would bring home for me…my room was more a recruiting station…that and all the yelling and recleaning stuff…no thank you.

still got some WW2 stuff if your interested?

It’s just sitting around…a silk parachute for flares… they’d send them down to light up the area and test for enemy fire before jumping… And decommissioned rifle grenade, a hat, other stuff.

Really cool of you but that was my dad’s life, not mine. On the contrary, my dad actually talked me out of enlisting. 1SG that was recruiting me was kind of a tool and offering me various bullet stopper position despite having exceptional scores. I left meps without signing and never went back. They called back with mos I would have taken but the ol man said if it wasn’t available last week it’s not available now and they would just chane mos when i got to basic. That was pretty much the end of the story.

I don’t have any reservations about the way I was raised but things like patience, compassion, and empathy aren’t really in my toolbox. Having all these damn girls is softening me up a little though. If you need a pat on the back and told to get back to work, I’m your guy lol.
