So what you think? You ready to start growing your own coffee for nitrogen. I went and read an article on making LAB. Was interesting. This guy isn’t there yet.
My grandpa was a huge garden guy, and he enjoyed el naturale…look at his garden walk to the shed, come out with some jazz, spread it and poof we had awesome veggies. He worked it a lot. Tractor plow in the late fall and was always tilling in something to the dirt. Was neat to watch. I mucked many horse barns (love being nipped on the shoulder) and chicken houses (he had chickens to). I never paid attention to what he was doing at that age. I was to busy wanting to jump my dirt bike and girls. Now in hindsight I wish I’d paid more attention.
I’m glad you are riding this to the end. Pictures in the future if ya can.
Thats cool to hear…My Granpa on my Dads side was…Dad was
But I learned all I know from a wee age from my Grandma on Moms side…She did all kinds of things with her garden Some of I retained into adulthood… @Gl1tch Very nice bro…Nice!!
Thanks fellas, I appreciate the encouragement. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my grow. I’m not particularly happy with the way this one turned out, but it looks like they will be as good or better than the Clem n Cheese. That’s a step in the right direction and I can be happy about that. I’m chomping at the bit to get the next round started and hopefully make some improvements. I’d really like to get a good enough handle on my organic grow to start my breeding project in the green house next summer.
How strange, I went into the grow room and it smells like chlorine I took the bottle of bleach out and have no clue where the smell came from and RH has tanked. I guess I’ve been under watering the last week or so since I got a new sprayer. Might be taking the OH 1 and 3 toady, but I haven’t decided yet.
I finally started making some progress on the static sift. I could have gone for another pass or two but I think I’m starting to understand the concept.
Progessivly getting cleaner with each pass.
To help with watering id highly recommend a EcoWit moisture meter they helped me a crap ton when i switch to the bigger bed of soil they also are adorable imo and those heads are looking good man definitely making progress with the static tech
I got everything harvested over the last two days. They all did seem to come around at the end. Yield looks low and quality appears to be middling but at least they did finished strong. I also found the RH probe on my logger is damaged and appears to be off by 5%-10%. I’ll have to add that to the list. I also grabbed up some hash plant seeds for the next round. I should be getting the rest of the gear I still need and get the soil re amended in the next few days.
Hash Plant is a good one, been vaping it for the last week, gave my Daughter one it turned out male, and pollinated her plants, not crazyness but I have some cross bred seeds coming.
Man @Gl1tch. You took on a task you had some knowledge about, but never really applied. So here you applied it for all of us to watch. I wasn’t much help as way out of my element, but reading along I love the little tid bits (nugs ) of info that I pick up. So man, props. Seems like we are always out toughest critic. At least this guy is. Congrats man. I look forward to your next run my man.
Thanks guys. I think it’s important to be critical of yourself. There are always things to improve on and I have a weird compulsion for perfection when it comes to my grow.
Congrats on the harvest I’m glad you got them to turn around at the end. That was fun to follow along with there was so much info being thrown around I couldn’t keep up
Hell, I was having trouble keeping up for a while myself. Hopefully with the tweaks this round will go a little smoother. I’m glad I’m not the only one that got something out of it. Thanks to @LiesGrows and @Budbrother for backing me up throughout this one. Now that the plants are down and I’m waiting on seeds n such it’s time for a vacation. I need to clean all the cobwebs out of my head.
lol failure isn’t an option and you can’t fail if your too dumb to quit. I did sample some I dried on my computer radiator. It was certainly better than I thought it would be.
