Personally i think too tight of a regiment for plants produces nice quality but less potent. In nature no two days or nights are alike. Remember plants are a living object. So the one thats use to adjusting to differnt tretment keep in mind in healthy range only builds up caharactor and overall quality comming from the heart. Its like cattled beef and wild. Imma take the wild for its taste and quality. Ttttthats only a opinion ive come up with for you growers who onyly jave 1 or 2 plants

That’s right. The oceans and her waters forthwith as well as her millions of inhabitants are dependant upon the moon’s cycles. Our bodies adjust with the force associated of the natural phenomena. So more of an ally than a chemical imbalance im feeling

this is one factor that may influence plants on land also,
the gravitational pull of the moon might effect the hormones and nutrient flow…???
the Farmers Almanac uses moon phases and star alignment to determine the signs.!
a lot of outdoor organic farmers believe in following the signs.!!
i tried to, but between work and kids the garden gets tended to when i get the time.

@SlowOldGuy. I’ve begun an experiment. I started soaking a Jack Herer yesterday arvo. NEW MOON AS IT WOULD BE. I PLANTED SAID SEED DAY 1 OF THE NEW MOON QUARTER. LETS SEE HOW WE GO.

Lunar gardening is a real thing. In fact the entire old world did it that way. 13 lunar cycles of 28 days apiece. The natives used turtle shells as calenders because it’s divided into 13 parts. The moon has everything to do with gardening indoor or out. Its pull and effect on all living things is well documented.

@RandomlyRan Good to have a reply on this topic. I don’t doubt the moon’s effect on plants as I’ve seen the effects of the moon on the oceans critters. I worked prawn trawlers for 20 years. The oceans floor would absolutely light up with life, becoming a seething metropolis then become barren as a desert dependant upon the phase or actual rising and falling over the horizon even. Literally. I didn’t go through with the above experiment as the seed didn’t germinate.

Everything I do commercial is growing on the lunar schedule. It’s crazy the benefits of it. Prawns huh? That’s good eating.

What do you do in your grow to coincide with the making/ falling of the moon? Waxing/waning
I let it guide me as far as when to germ so I start seedlings on new moon. I harvest on 4th qrtr moon when the gravitational pull and moonlight is decreased. I help my brother with his commercial grow and hes into lunar so I’ve gotten in the habit of using it. I’m buying a house by the end of the year and I am going to grow all my veggies and fruits. We are going to be self sustaining next year I hope.

I did spend a long time on the ocean. I could tell ya a few stories about the moon and the ocean.
