Hey man I saw that you were a MC1 user, I just recently bought a bag of it. The instructions show tsp/ gallon. Is that how you measure it out? I’ve been running jacks weighing grams to gallons so trying to figure out the best way to use this. I’d appreciate any advice you may have.. ![]()
Yes I measure it also with a teaspoon my water has a higher ppm so I use about 1/2 teaspoon per gallon than bump it up during flowering
It is easy peasy good stuff.
Thanks @Bentstick.. I’m still running jacks for the indoor girls but I really like the 1 part simplicity quick mix option. Especially for feeding the outdoor plants.
My water is almost pure from my well, 28 ppm average, so I can give them a good dose of nutes without running EC too high. I use a tablespoon dipper plus a teaspoon in a five gallon bucket of nutes, that ends up at 1.6-1.7 EC and 5.8-5.9 PH, without adding but a tablespoon of cal mag, nothing else. That would figure out to about 3/4 -7/8 of a teaspoon per gallon. I go by EC when I mix, but I know that amount puts me dead on my target. One tablespoon in 5 gallons is what I start them on once they get roots enough for runoff feeds, then I lay it to them.![]()

Awesome. Thank you @Growdoc, I appreciate that. ![]()
Started the second harvest on the girls today, finished up the Blue Dream and BlackBerry Moonrocks , got another DryDoc full plus lots of smalls and larf for the new press to play on. BM still popping colors, dark dank buds .
Blue Dream has a VERY strong blueberry smell mixed with gas and burns your eyes ! The Bubblegum Sherbet responded to the first top harvest by doubling up on trichs, @Dman1969 , I didn’t try the light drop trick, but I think she thought deer were eating her and made more trichs to combat the attack. I might have pinched her branches in several places too.![]()
They will get it tomorrow, emptying the Situation Room, gotta get it cleaned for next round. War Tent got 9 of the clones potted up in fresh Promix, little different ratio of perlite and some amendments this round, trying something slightly different.
They went in 3 gallon bags and are already over a foot tall, didn’t appear the transplant affected them at all, so I fed them some Jacks 10-30-20 to get them started of right for flowering, gonna flip them tomorrow and run a quick turn and burn. Didn’t get pics, will post tomorrow when I finish up!
Harvest Congratulations ![]()

Bravo Monsieur @Growdoc ![]()
I’m glad the suggestions paid off My Brother and the frost most definitely doubled. I learned these tricks by accident but I’m so glad I did. All we gotta do is duplicate nature in our grow rooms. She’s got it down pat!
Harvest Congratulations ![]()

Great job @Growdoc, congrats on yet another top shelf harvest.
And holy trichs bubblegum sherbet! Straight caked in it! Wow!!!
Totally agree about rough handling causing a stress response. I have a moderate sized manifold that I have to remove from the tent for maintenance due to back issues. While removing the 5 gallon fabpot I almost always run one flower and it’s always the same flower into the tent wall and zipper edge.
That one top has double the ice on it from the others.
Thinking about knockin the whole lot of them around with a pickleball racket. It’s just literally I was doing tric pics and when I blew up the rear plant right inner was like dang…
I need to get Kap some of these beans, these gals love the abuse, they would fit right in at his dungeon of kinkyness. ![]()
Appreciate your and everyone’s kind words, you know a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally.![]()

always impressive!
Congrats on the harvest @Growdoc
