Spot on brotha. Tested the wattage today and it’s 95 watts after dimming the light yesterday. The Blue Dream has wilted a bit after dimming but the other plant has perked up. 
Here’s an update!
Just put these 2 plants into the 12/12 light cycle for flowering. They are drinking about a gallon every 3 or 4 days alternating nutes and plain water every other feeding. I’ve been pruning a handful of fan leaves every few days to expose more nodes but I am having a little difficulty getting underneath to do a good underbrush pruning since they are so low to the soil. Might be easier when they shoot up during flowering.
