Grow attempt #3, maybe this one will be a success

Thanks, I went with the S1. Thanks for the tips. Once they arrive I’ll pop a couple of them. Crazy how expensive it is but nothing compared to what I have paid looking for it. Yeah, any of them I have tried so far with bubblegum in the genetics just isn’t right, compared to back then anyway.

I spent a lot with him over the years before he got popular and went fem & autos. We were exchanging emails on the IBG line. He promised me a vault drop then Covid hit and the S1 hit the year after. Where’s my vault drop?

To date my most expensive purchase was $785 for 13x Munson in auction

Damn baller, were they worth it?

Oh hell yeah. Some of Duke’s top notch. Wanted screaming eagle but those got to the $1200 range.

Never realized how expensive it could be looking for something specific. Glad they turned out for you, I hope these S1’s will cure my itch so I can stop spending money on seeds.

Mosca is gonna be your best shot. I’ve been hunting a true IBG legendary cut for years. Have better luck finding Bigfoot. I don’t do fems. Ps you never stop spending money; it only becomes more and more at the all you can eat buffet out there these days

Depending on how it goes, this is true in more ways than one. I know you are right, I just like to pretend I’ll stop for my own sanity.
Just one more bite… haha.

6 days from germination and they’re going strong. About to water in a day or two and remove humidity domes so they can start getting some airflow in their stems, this was just an easy way to let the soil dry and keep humidity ideal without using humidifier, have had overwatering issues in the past.

My last grow had to get an early chop due to how quick it was degrading so I can make some budder out of it. I went with the lotus method in a wine cooler and thought I could get away without any modifications but I was wrong. The temperatures stayed a steady 60 but the humidity would leave the 82-85 range after 4-5 days. Ended up disassembling a dehumidifier and putting just the peltier and fan inside from a dehumidifier. My inkbird will be here today to monitor the humidity and only call for the peltier when needed. If anyone’s interested I can go further into this homemade “cannatrol”.

Humidity wouldn’t leave*, ah there’s a bunch of errors but that’s what I get first thing in morning running to post lol

Love it bro, I like to joke that the cannatrol is little more than a wine fridge with nice controls and a sponge. I think my drying room all told cost about 1/4 of what the cannatrol does It fits more than one plant. Now that I have better controls we will find out if it is just as good. Even without the new controls I’m having trouble seeing the $1200 dollar difference.

Take the cups off now. You only want them covered to keep the soil moist enough for the seeds to germinate and sprout. Once they have sprouted you remove the cup so they can get fresh air and don’t rot.
