Hello all. Well. This will be the last time you hear me say. This is the final grow room
I have all ready sold a 4x4 tent and every thing needed to grow with it. The hard part was letting go of one of my lights. But I don’t need all of these sitting on a shelf collecting dust. It took a lot for me to get this set up. But it feels really good. An all in one room with room to move. The autos are top fed GH. And the photos are in autopots on Jack’s.
A 4 x 4 tent to grow autos
A 5 x 2.5 tent to do photos.
A 3 x 3 to dry in.
And a 2 x 4 to veg in. That tent is in my room.
For this grow. I have 2 autos and 2 photos. I will start this simple.
This is the 5’ tent with the photos
The Rainbow Road is 2 weeks old on the left.
The California Dream is 3 weeks old on the right.
I have been saying it for years But this is a for sure deal. I don’t have it in me to change any more. I did this set up to force me to cut back. Last grow started with 5 plants and ended up 13. I can also do a winter grow now if I choose and have the exhaust fan running all night. I guess I should have added a damper on the 4x4 tent I can still add one in front of the booster fan. So I can keep heat in that tent with out bleeding into the room. @AfgVet can you tag me to your grow again please. And all of you others as well. This way. I can start from the bottom and try to keep up. I have to go through over 3k to get to the bottom of Afg’s That is how long I have been AWOL I guess. I am going to try and be a little more sociable too

I am always looking to grow less plants in the smallest space and still pull top shelf…
Your biggest gains will be to simplify everything as much as possible and still put out top quality…
Im gonna build out a friend with one of my systems and it is so simple a gieco caveman could build it…
He’s moving from soil to water only growing…
He is using a 5’ x 5’ by 6 foot tall tent…
We shall see what we can do with his setup…
Will fill in more details and maybe start a new thread on this setup and how easy it was for him to transition…

Thanks all. @peachfuzz still in coco I wanted to try the drain to waste. but after a few over flows early on with the autopots. Bad design from one brand. I realized if I had an issue with more water. I would be looking at a lot of repairs. And this is the last for sure I now get winded and fatigued doing very little. And with all the changes I made. I kept doing drawings of room changes to see what would want to make me change. I finally got here. There could be one slight change. No biggie though. And that would be to add a small filter in the 4x4 tent. So when I go to try breeding. I can vent from the tent to out side. And not into the room as it is set up right now. I am back to wanting to go into the room through out the day to see what I can do. I was a little crowded with the open room. My lows are hanging around 50 in the early mornings. Oddly enough. The plants seem to be fine with it. I see good things coming this grow
Ok, another week gone by. All but the Rainbow have been topped. I also removed the first node branch on the critical purple. Scrogs are set and plants where they will stay. By next week. i should be threading a few through the lines I turned the lights up a bit last week. But turned them back down today to 55w per plant. I wasn’t getting the stretch I needed.
@tryingtotry Yes. Less light means more stretch. I can normally control the stretch a bit after about 3 weeks old. Some plants just want to be giants though
