Grove Bags Moisture Content

1st time user of Grove Bags, just got done trimming, and Bud moisture content is averaging 10%. In the Grove Bag, the buds are kinda clumping together, my question or concern is due to the clumping, will that leave me with a possibility of mold forming? Should I spread the buds out to dry a little more? Is there an ideal moisture content for the buds for the Grove Bags?

Just dry it like you would if you was putting it in jar . The Grove Bags are designed to control humidity in the bag to prevent mold and the need to burp em. I’ve been using them for a year now without any problems or concerns.

If curing in a jar, I would let it go as is, clumping never bothered me, as each day I would burp the jars and make sure I moved the buds a little to make sure none were stuck together.
The Grave Bags are supposed to take care of that, so your saying just let it go, and it should be fine?

I use grove bags and at your % you’ll be fine. They do clump together but will transfer in and out the humidity needed as a whole. I keep mine in a cool dark closet and after a few months of ignoring them I get an incredibly smooth smoke consistently without the headache of jar burping which is how I started.

I second @Fieldofdreams

I bag them between 10-12% which is about 58-62%rh with a mini hygrometer in the bag…perfect for a cure…then heat seal them…then don’t touch them for at least a month…2 or more is better.

I like the grove bags, been using them 2 years now, but their customer service sucks. Sent them two emails asking questions and not a single response.
