@bomber welcome to the forum first of all and second wow I bet you have some unique challenges growing in your region . I agree with @BIGE on YouTube being the place to start . Possibly look for diy survival greenhouses for suggestions .

It may just be a case of acquiring materials. To me the most important material is the covering. Anyone have advice on good cover material?
Plastic. To build is just how big you want to go. Then it’s just getting materials. How tall are your plants going to be… how many do you want at one time… need to be able to somewhat control the environment depending on where you are.

I think your critical factor will be temperature. Most strains don’t do well if temp is over 85 F or 29.5 C. If you have some elevation or about 4 months with temperatures lower than that, it might work. Look for autoflower strains so you don’t have to deal with photoperiod sensitivity and they mature quickly.
