ppm is 400 over tap for nutrients, that was a typo at a little under 500, it’s a little under 600. (589 ppm, reading, tap is a little under 200 ppm)
I think peachfuzz has you pretty well set. I just wanted to add that some of the members here use stuff for aquariums to remove chloramine from water. I’m not sure exactly which product, or how effective it is, but would be worth looking into.

The way I see it, the more things I try to do perfectly on my first grow, the more chances I have to screw it up.
This was not the first thing I screwed up, but I couldn’t find a picture of what was happening to my plants this time, so had to come for help.
