Feb, 23- growth continues, the top thst is not in autopots but is watered out of the same reservoir is looking great, all 4 in autopots are showing early signs of magnesium deficiency after the Res. change.
Ph in Res. Befor change had krept up to 6.0 no signs of issues.
When I changed it, I put it in at 5.8, 2cdays later and pictures shows leafs.
I may need to raise ph to 6 if they progress more by tomorrow.
Really nice looking you are doing quite well…
@HappyHydroGrower this is what I’ve got going now
Mother got a little strechy this week after flip so i spread her out and a tiny bit of super cropping.
Little bit of calmag and recharge, lets see what she will give us this week
Wow! Those are some healthy looking girls. Good job!
Thank you @spyonyou
This my 3rd indoor grow. We bought a house in the city so I can’t grow outside anymore.
This past year has been crazy…
1st grow was great, 2nd grow was a disaster
This one has started off very well with these autopots. It will be the only way I grow moving forward
My others are on here if you search my profile
You definitely got a good thing going on over there for sure. Always enjoy other’s journals. Thanks again for sharing!
Been a busy week for me and the ladys.
They’ve done some growing and i bought a new tent and some more auto pots .
Gold leaf mother has started flowing
The rest are getting bushy.
And then there is this spot that has me slightly concerned
Idk what it is but it apears to be growing🤦♂️
3-4 days ago.
And today

Is there maybe a lot of pressure on that limb causing it to be in a strain maybe? Is there any part of that limb where the leaves are messed up… maybe dying?
Might need to see what others think about it. Let me know If I need to tag someone for ya.
Good luck!
No pressure as Its not tied down or very big to be heavy yet maybe 18in tall and the effected limb its self maybe 12in long…
But yeah man fill free to tag anyone you want to.
I suspect its not going be an easy diagnosis.
My guess is some sort of “infection” fungus or moldytype disease.
Only the one spot and there is a spot right above it that i plucked a big fan leaf from that just doesn’t look right.
Kinda looks “infected” like the crack, the stim appears to kinda be swollen around the area aswell.
Im off to work just now so I can’t respond much if any until I get off this evening.
I just hope it isn’t something that can spread
I know I have seen this somewhere.
@MeEasy @Covertgrower @MattyBear @merlin44 @Graysin @PurpNGold74 @peachfuzz
Anybody have a clue what the brown crack on the stem is about?
The only time that I have seen this was when I was a bit overly aggressive when super cropping. I suspect that it will be just fine. It did not hurt mine when I damaged it in a similar fashion.
It could certainly be something else, I don’t all that much experience with various plant diagnosis.
Thanks for the tag Spy, I really hate to even think like this @1HappyPappy but it looks like the start of rot possibly from ??bug worm?? activity. Or a fungus
I’ve got a few spots just like that on the ones I’m about to chop on Sunday. Mine were from supercroping and overbending and split the outer stem(after thought I should have done the twist twist crack), it healed up nicely , but the brown scar and knuckle remains today 9 weeks later. Some bugs\worms do also bore their way in and it looks similar, but Id suspect that’d be outdoor farmer issues. Get a loupe on the spot and see what it looks like magnified. (Closer look I see a hole under that node just above it too.)
I was kind of thinking a root problem or a worm. I can’t remember who had that.
Found it for you or one anyway. Worth inspecting with a loupe at any case.
Looks like a bruise in the stem from a slight break or bend. Have you been doing low stress training?
I remember similarly. I don’t recall. Maybe @TheVirginian @JaneQP or @Tylersays ?
I can only echo everyone else though - it either looks like a bug/pest or damage from being bent or something similar. My dog has caused damage like that before just wagging his tail too hard near my plants.
This was my only idea also.
What to do is the question
Leave it? If it is alive it can possibly spread…
Cut the limb off well below the spot?
Or cull the entire plant
No one wants to lose anything but either option is not going to hurt me any.
