Damn… they keep looking better each day. I HAVE NOT WATERED THEM SINCE TRANSPLANT. 6 days so far. This is showing me how long it will take for the moisture to leave the dirt so I don’t overwater, my main enemy. Lol.

LMAO!!! I didn’t even realize I left them in there. I pull the first two fan leaves usually after she’s rooted. They were getting on my OCD. Lol

First watering since transplant. I want to top her in multiple areas, so you all think I should wait till 5 or 6 node? She’s on her 3-4 now. She’s going to be a big girl but I prefer bushy and under 4 ft tall. Let me know your opinions please.

OK, since you guys are watching, gonna try to make this an interactive grow. These two girls are ready for some training. Planning to top her or FIM her in the next couple days. I’m pretty sure I have the main stem fat enough to FIM first then top any really big stems that result. If you have OTHER suggestions, please let me have them. These girls are growing fast and heavy so far. Nice to get some solid genetics. Thanks ILGM!

For me, though, I would feel safe topping it. Its thriving.

I think you have seen my journal. I like to top after 5th node and bend them horizontal. It definitely will help with height. I’ve not attempted any other LST methods. What ever you decide your girls are looking Healthy

Bend her over, and super crop the top.
If done “just right” it’ll stunt the top, in the same way a FIM does, but you still keep the main cola. The side shoots will catch up, and kind of become main colas as well.
Of course it’s all optional. But you asked.

This method I know well, except for super cropping. So, maybe I FIM one and bend the other. I like the benefits from bending. The plant doesn’t seem to stunt. I’ve done all three methods, and honestly don’t really have a great method. As long as you do something and don’t let it shoot straight up. Lol. I have topped but never FIM’d. Seems pretty straightforward. What if I FIM one and then bend her out like bulldog?
