I went out today and picked up some things and then I took an ounce from the GSCE and one from the CW and will be preheating the oven in a few minutes.

I have some tincture that @thaproduct22 gave/made me, and wow! I love it, I don’t know how I used to live without it lol! It’s like my daily vitamin, a couple drops under my tongue every morning.

I’d love to see how you do it!

Is the tincture you have made with booze or glysiren? My boy in CT makes wooonnnnderful tincture with glysiren. It’s bomb cuz you can drink as much as u want n not get drunk :s

This will be my first try at making it and I’ll be using the booze. I’ll be looking into the glysiren though.

@NTMAREMACH do they see the 190 proof Everclear in MA? They say the 151 is ok but it takes longer to evap.

Following along. very interested in doing this myself!

@bob31 It’s not legal to sell in Ma but Nh is just up the street for me. I should of bought a larger bottle because I’m doing two batches of 1.5 ounces each and it calls for two pints for one batch. As you said the Bacardi’s 151 is the second choice for those who can’t get there hands on everclear.

@bob31 @BIGE I’ll be posting more pictures and running through what I’ve done shortly but remember this is my first time so be gentle with me. lol I was planning on doing one ounce of each but increase to one and a half or each so it required more everclear. I"m off to the store now, I knew I should of gotten the bigger bottle.

@BIGE @bob31 I started with an ounce and a half from both strains, GSCE and CW I then ran them through a food processor until fairly well chopped up but no to fine. I’ve kept these separate and want to see if there’s any difference between the two. I laid out the ounce and a half onto a glass baking pan and covered with foil and placed into the oven for one hour at 220 degrees. Once removed and cooled I put into a quart jar with two cups of the everclear or whatever type you use. Shake good and put into the freezer for at least a week or two. I’ll be shaking them three times a day until they’re ready. Once they’re ready I’ll be using the cheese cloth and coffee filter to screen the final product. I can’t wait for that day. Here’s more pictures.

I made the best brownies I’ve ever made the other day. I can’t eat more than half or I’m going to bed!

I don’t decarb my bud/trim, I just put it into butter and let it sit in the crock pot for 12-16 hours. By doing it like this you don’t need the decarb in the oven because the decarb process happens in the butter, making it more efficient in my eyes.

Every one who has had a brownie has called me complaining…

Saying I should have warned them lol! They’re made from scratch, and mostly real melted chocolate, so you don’t taste the canna butter AT ALL lol! I wish I could share with you guys!
