GDP to start the new year

The garden is amazing :+1:

@beardless have you decided on a system for watering while your away on the upcoming trip?

In all honesty it’s their genes. These plants and their mother are not compact Indicas. I’m not complaining. Let’s say its a mother of a plant.

thank you. They have responded well.

yes I did. This is the one I ordered and received today.

I will play around with it in the next couple of days to see if it will work out and determine how big a reservoir I need.
I have a 400 GPH submersible pump I can use if I could figure out the reducer fittings to go from the pump to 1/4" tubing. How is that for lame.
It is a Kedsum

First I had to look up axolotl. First a story of times gone by. We live on former farm land (about the lowest grade ag land around so it was allowed to be rezoned to a higher density ag use land) We were fortunate and able to buy 20 acres. 15 are wooded and the other 5 was for alfalfa and corn. The thing is when we walked through the woods we would always find spotted salamanders. We also had a water feature in a garden by our deck. Besides frogs and birds making use of it we would often find salamanders by the water and in the plants. I am saddened to say it has been many many years since we have seen a salamander. They probably disappeared when the grouse were replaced by turkeys.

Members post and ask about defoliating. Since I had to do the 3 week routine I thought I would try to describe my thought process. It is a good excuse to take lots of pictures. thanks

Time to resupply some of the AN supplements and use with Jack’s

I use at 50% and also dilute the mix with RO to bring it around 1000

Hey all i have a question. At what height is best to top a plant and how far down should i cut.

Supercrop?

@BigCountry412 a few posters talk about waiting on the 5-6th node and can go back to the 4th. When I top I’m comfortable at 3 nodes and I only pinch the tip between the 2 new fan blades.

Are you asking specifically about the plant pictured?
Is there are reason you want to top it?

Yes the plant is pictured. Ive seen quite a few videos and people stating if you cut the top off it will grow more branches and yield more buds. Figured since im new and i have 5 plants id do a little experimenting? Is topping worth it or nah?

It’s so tall now I’d supercrop it instead of topping.

If you search the webs for irrigation manifold you’ll find the easiest way to connect everything :metal:

And your plants are looking excellent

Closet July 13, day 8 on 12/12 - autopots
Red is in the doorway and easy to photograph

2nd net is full

You can see a few spots from the Ca / pH issue on some older leaves. So far the newer ones are looking good

White is inside the closet I was too lazy to pull her out.

As you can see White is slightly larger than Red. The odd thing is I pruned White back further than I did Red when I put them the frames.

I raised its upper frame too

I think a little thinning is in order
