Full spectrum or red only LED for bloom?

Morning all. Happy ANZAC day and thanks to everyone who has served for our freedom.
Im currently in week 5 of bloom for my purple haze. First grow, have learned heaps from all here.
What is the concensus for full spectrum vs red LED during bloom?
The full spectrum setting gives much more ‘intensity’ (as per light meter) an higher wattage but i have read that red LED produce better flowers. However, is there a trade-off when the wattage decreases when using red spectrum only?
I know this is a heavy subject area but woukd love to hear the differing opinions and approaches.
Cheers all.
Details:
Tent: 120cm x 120cm x 200cm
1200w full spectrum, burple or red (i understand its not 1200w @ all spectrums)
2 x purple haze grown from clones
Feeding advanced nutrients coco bloom.
Humidity 45-55%
Temps approx 25C give or take minimal fluctuations.

As much light as possible. If your light has switches for different spectrums you should turn both on all the time.

I guess we can sorta find out. I have a 350rspec on the right, a 320xl full spectrum on the left, and a 600r full spectrum in the center.

First run with the 350r. We shall see if theres a difference in the grandaddy purp. I have 3 going in the mix each under a different light.

@ChittyChittyBangin I love a randomized controlled trial! Ill be following the progress closely.
I take it they are all the same strain?

Great info mate, i will have a read to catch up on where your at.
This is my first ever grow. I’m loving the process and making all the usual mistakes, but it’s a learning curve.
One thing I’ve found is that it’s a challenge here due to environmental factors. I’m in the top end of Australia and we are sub tropical so mould is a killer…even in winter. We are coming into colder months and its still 25-28c (80-85f) and 60% humidity so its tough to keep the climate in the tent stable. Add to it that its still illegal here (can only buy flower with medical prescription, and thats tough) so i have to be stealth as possible. All part of the fun!
Are there any other Australians growing here? Woukd love to hear from them.
Thanks for your input mate, really appreciated
