Actually will work and without the possible leak point!! Love it
I wasn’t sure but I guess that would be the best way to determine anything from the results. I’ll start growing the mother now! I have some “fast” skunk seeds that should do the trick.
So I’ve contemplated something like this for a while, and came across this thread. It looks like you’re using an inline “fertilizer injector”, as it’s called on Amazon. In looking at those, they all get these horrible reviews, but I know reviews can contain a lot of user error. Do you mind sharing which brand you’re using though? There’s a lot of copycats, like most of the usual doodads from overseas, and I’d rather try one that somebody else has used and knows it works properly.
We call them chemical injectors in my industry but to each their own.
I’m just using them to draw air into the system since if there’s nothing feeding liquid to that hose attached to the Venturi system it will just draw air. You can feel a strong suction on the hose if you take off the filter.
I use these auffee ones, so far no issues and haven’t cleaned them out since I started the system. I have run clean water thru and flushed the system several times tho

After looking it up it is a fert injector ![]()
Yeah I’ve always just called it a venturi, that’s just the name Amazon uses I guess. ![]()
But thanks! Much appreciated! ![]()
It’s just something I’ve wanted to play around with.
